Every customer and every serve is unique. A customer may call and say that they need someone served with a summons next Tuesday, 3pm at 12345 Jones Street because that will be the only opportunity to get their litigant served. Another client needs John Smith served with a subpoena, and we discover that he can only be found at 2 am because that is when he always leaves his house for work. A paralegal may call on Friday at 4:30 in the evening and she needs someone served by midnight tonight. Sometimes we have months to effect service, sometimes only hours.
