We do not charge based on a set number of attempts, rather we will make as many attempts as necessary to make the serve.
You will never be charged for any mileage or time exceeding five attempts. As long as the address(es) provided by you are valid, we will keep working to get your litigant served.
We also work smart by using any information that you provide or that we discover to find the best time, place and style to attempt service. In many cases this will save you time & money.
We can run a search if you do not have a valid address and in most cases we can provide a current address.
Rush serves will be given top priority.
Status reports are available by telephone or email anytime.
We will send you an invoice after service has been accomplished. Payments of cash or check are due on receipt. We will file any local "Return of Service" free of charge within 30 miles of our office. If we file your return, you will still get a copy with your invoice for your records.

Ex-Parte(Restraining/Protection Order): $75 + Mileage

Rush Service: additional $50 + Mileage
